How We Work
At Action Door we pride
ourselves on friendly, professional, service. We enjoy personal interaction with our
customers and truly understanding your garage door needs. But we never want you to feel
pressured into a sale. It is always your choice to make.
If you contact us about a garage door installation you can
generally expect the following sequence of steps to occur:

Your
call is received by our Sales Department, who will request some information about what
your needs and requirements. An appointment will be set up for a salesman to come and meet
with you. |
| Two |
A "no-pressure" salesman will come out for your free estimate. He will have literature on our Wayne Dalton
garage doors for you to peruse as he takes measurements of your garage door. |
| Three |
The
salesman will then write you an estimate and leave a copy with you. |
| Four |
If
you decide to do business with Action Door, we will order
your door (if needed) and set up a time and day for service or for installation. |
| Five |
We
install your garage door and go over the operation of the door with you. |
| Six |
You
enjoy many years with a safe and sound garage door! |
