Dear Mr. Wittwer:

I am writing you about Jake Stetler to commend him to you for the excellent customer service we received from him both when he sold us our new garage doors and afterward. When we first met Jake to select our new doors he was both professional and personable in just the right combination. He answered all of our questions and made it easy for us to select our new garage doors. When the install date arrived, the crew arrived with one new garage door opener instead of two. I called Jake on his cell phone to see if he could drop-off the second opener so the crew could complete the install without having to return. When I placed the call I did not know Jake was in the hospital at the time. Not only did he answer his cell, but he offered to contact the office for me so those arrangements could be made. But the very fact that he offered to solve our problem, even when he had more than enough problems of his own, tells the whole story about what kind of man you have working for you.

My husband is self-employed, and we know from our own experience that an employee like Jake is just the kind of person you want working for you! We have an outbuilding with a large single door that we will be replacing next year. There is no question that Action Door will receive our business because of Jake.

My new doors were installed on Monday of this week by your technician. I could not be more pleased with both the choice of doors and how well they look and work. Your installer did an excellent job and the doors work beautifully. Im so pleased to have the job done right the first time, have someone show up on time, and I could not be happier with the end result. Your installer needs a bonus for the good job he does. That has to be a difficult job for one person to do especially all by himself. I hope I dont need any service on my doors and that they last a long time,, but if I do I would certainly recommend Action Door and also the Wayne Dalton doors that I purchased.

Over the week-end I had to call to get my own garage door repaired. A spring broke. Just wanted to let you know, we (my husband and I) couldn't have been more pleased with the service, professionalism and timely manner in which the job was done. Just thought you should know. I just want to thank Dave, the service guy who just replaced my broken springs. He showed up on time, did the proper assessment and replaced the springs without fanfare. He had a great sense of humor, and sense of humility. I appreciate that he did not try to upsell on anything. The price came out to exactly what Pam had said it would, $180. She was very nice too. I've never been more pleased with the entire process from NEED to RESOLUTION to PAYMENT than I was with Action Door. Highly recommended. Every service industry should operate as Action Door did for me. Pam and Dave should be commended.
